Springboard

The Pilates Springboard is made of stainless steel and thick beech plywood painted with two-component water-based paint.

This tool includes: 

• 4 springs
• Two pairs of handles: one padded pair and one triple pair.
• 11 pairs of stainless steel rings
• Roll Bar and Foot Bar in wood or stainless steel
• 8 stainless steel carabiners
• A safety belt

This is a professional tool guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects, entirely produced in Italy with artisanal care. The Springboard can be fixed to the wall with 6 or more dowels to adapt to any type of support.

It is versatile and can be used standing, sitting or lying down, allowing you to perform many of the Cadillac exercises. It is ideal for training legs, torso and arms. Thanks to the multiple adjustment possibilities of the traction points and loads, it is suitable for adults, the elderly and even very young children.
