Open Positions
▸ Commercial Department – Pilates Equipment
Locations: Lombardy / Italy / International (hybrid or remote)
We are looking for dynamic, results-oriented individuals to support the growth of our sales division:
- Sales Account Italy / International
Experience in B2B sales of sports equipment or related products. Knowledge of the Pilates industry and foreign languages are preferred. - Inside Sales / Customer Care
Interpersonal skills, precision, and problem-solving skills for customer support and order management.
Ideal candidates have experience in wellness or fitness equipment sales, a passion for Pilates, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of languages other than English is a plus.
▸ Production Department — Pilates Equipment
Location: Vignate (MI), Italy (on site)
Quality is at the heart of our product: we are looking for professionals with manual skills, attention to detail, and a passion for a job well done.
- Assembly / Finishing Technician
Experience with wood or metalwork is preferred. - Production Manager
To coordinate schedules, quality, and logistics for a growing department.
We are considering candidates with experience working with materials such as wood and metal, artisanal precision, and a focus on quality.
Familiarity with Made in Italy production processes is a plus.
▸ Teaching – World Pilates® Studios
Locations: Milano, Bergamo, Lecco, Modena, Firenze, Arezzo (more locations opening soon)
Our centers are seeking certified teachers to expand their offerings and guide clients through an authentic and personalized Pilates journey.
- Matwork and/or Reformer Trainer
Recognized diploma, minimum two years of experience, available part-time or full-time. - Pilates Studio Manager
Management and team leadership skills, in addition to teaching experience.
We are seeking professionals with recognized training and a strong empathy for clients.
Part-time and full-time collaborations are available, including affiliate programs.
